Q Resorts Gabba Central Apartments offers four and a half star apartment accommodation, located across the road from the famous Gabba Stadium in Brisbane.
Guests have a choice of studio, one and two bedroom serviced apartments ideal for either overnight or short term stays. On the ground floor of Gabba Central Apartments is a retail precinct conveniently located for guests featuring cafes, a chemist, supermarket and more.
Located next to the home of the Queensland Bulls Cricket team and the Brisbane Lions AFL team, it is a perfect place to stay when catching a game. Q Resorts Gabba Central Apartments is also close to the Brisbane Convention Centre, Southbank Parklands, Suncorp Stadium and only 10 minutes from Brisbane CBD.

Highly recommend this place to anyone. Very nice place to stay while in Australia and within walking distance to the city of Brisbane. There is a Coles shopping center in the same complex, coffee shops, bakeries, and just about anything you need close by. The staff at the front desk were always very helpful and friendly. After taking walks to the park and shopping in the city, visiting the zoos, going to the ocean... it really felt like we were "home" when we entered our room. You can't ask for a better place to stay for such competitive pricing.
Liked: Very large room with balcony, full kitchen, washer/dryer, king size bed, fresh air, and just very modern style living quarters. John G. -

Getting There
A Taxi from the airport should cost between $34 to $40 depending on traffic conditions, and take about 30 minutes.
If coming from the Airport via Kingsford Smith Drive, this will turn into Ann street, from Ann St turn left over the Story Bridge, stay in the middle lane and come down Main Street Kangaroo Point, after you cross over Vulture St turn right into Stanley St (get in the far left hand lane quickly) then turn first left into Gibbon St.
Gabba Central will be on your left, park your car in the street and pop into the Reception (located in the centre of the complex) identified by the large RECEPTION sign, when you check-in you will be given directions to the property car park if required.
If you are getting a bit lost, just call our reception desk for additional instructions!

1 Bedroom Basic Studio
These studio rooms are ideal for two guests who are just spending a night or two. The single room just has a bed and there is a separate bathroom with shower and hairdryer. No tea/coffee facilities or fridge, but there are lots of places nearby for guests to eat. Room facilities include air conditioning, an alarm clock, Broadband internet access and opening windows.
Bedding configuration is 1 Double bed. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests.
1 Bedroom Studio Apartment
These hotel style studio rooms are cozy rooms ideal for two guests. Studios feature TV with FOXTEL, DVD player Broadband internet access, tea/coffee making facilities, bar fridge, iron/ironing board, alarm clock and air conditioning. The separate bathroom includes a shower and hairdryer. Minimum two night stay.
Bedding configuration is 1 King bed or 2 Single beds. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests.
1 Bedroom Apartment
Fully self contained one bedroom apartments feature a private bedroom from the living and dining area. The apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen and laundry (with washing machine, dryer and ironing equipment), as well as a private balcony. Well equipped, room amenities include TV with FOXTEL, radio, hairdryer, CD and DVD players, air conditioning and Broadband internet access. Minimum two night stay.
Bedding configuration is 1 King bed or 2 Single beds, and a Sofa bed on request. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.

We were there for a hospital stay and found it excellent with buses from across the road dropping us at the door of Greenslopes Hospital or straight into the Brisbane Mall or is a taxi was required then rank right there also and supermarket and restaurants and pharmacy made it perfect.

Very dissapointed- Unit was dirty and dusty, Finger prints on the mirriors, Bad customer service No balcony, the list goes on.

The noise of the nearby intersection means that it is almost impossible to leave the window open for long but the humidity can be suffocating and the aircon noisy at night so a ceiling fan would have been great.
Liked: all the cooking and laundry facility although only a small saucepan was provided. Proximity to Southbank good. Roma Muzzatti

My stay was OK. The person in the room next door was smoking in their room despite being non smoking and therefore my room stunk the whole time. I complained but nothing was done about it so I was pretty disappointed about that. Otherwise the room was comfortable. I wont be coming back but only because of the smoking, if that didnt happen I would have been quite happy.
